About Our Company
Hey, welcome to Trans4m Training. I thought I would introduce myself here so you know who you are listening to. I’m Clare, the Managing Director (that’s a very grand title) and Trans4m Training is my baby.
In the midst of the Covid pandemic I thought it would be a good idea to start a new business in a sector where no face to face contact was allowed. Now some would say this was a really naive thing to do, others would say it was very brave. Because I don’t like to be thought of as naive, I am going to opt for ‘brave’.
Although I had lots of experience in working for businesses, I had less experience of what it was like to be fully responsible for a business. I had no idea where the business was going to lead, no idea of how to market the business and no customers to speak of. Lots of hard work, sleepless nights and determination has created a business which is now in its 4th year of trading and going from strength to strength.
We have recently moved into new premises having outgrown our initial surroundings.
Our business is built on integrity and we genuinely believe it’s not what we do but how we do it which makes us different, it’s how we make our customers feel both during and after training. We care about each and every individual who walks through our doors.
The most important thing to me and our business is that we provide a safe space to learn, somewhere without judgement, where our learners can thrive and become the best version of themselves
