Empowering Women Leaders: Unleashing Your Potential in the Workplace

We designed this course to highlight the many skills and attributes you possess.  The first stage is self-acceptance and erasing the ‘imposter syndrome’ you may face as a woman.  We have designed the programme to better equip current and aspiring leaders to navigate the many challenges and gender biases within the workplace.  You will have a safe space to develop the critical skills of aspiring leaders seeking to lead, influence, and mentor.
