On our Swedish Massage course we will teach you the most common (and effective) type of massage currently offered by holistic therapists. You will learn both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills to be able to competently perform this treatment to meet the needs of a range of clients.
Course Duration
We deliver this course on a face to face basis and you will need to attend our training centre to complete the training. The course is structured over one day and runs from 10.00am – 4.00pm.
You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch. Practical is carried out using a live model where possible.

- Massage movements and modifications
- Using different massage mediums
- Aftercare advice
Our tutor will provide you with 1:1 support and guidance both during and after the course. Our aim is always to ensure you are confident and competent in carrying out this treatment. We will provide you with a comprehensive manual as a reference guide because we all need to refresh our skills.
