Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement

The Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement is ideal for you if you assess occupational competence.  This could be in the work environment or vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in a workshop, classroom or other training environment.

• Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
• Assess occupational competence in the work environment
• Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

Duration

There are two options available for completing this course.  You can choose to join us as classroom-based or study through distance learning in the comfort of your own home.  This allows you to study at a pace to suit you.  If you join us in the classroom you will need to attend for 2 full day sessions.  But you will have between 3 & 6 months to complete the course.  If you choose to study from home, we allow 12 months for completion.  We don’t mind which option you choose because you will receive support and guidance to achieve the qualification.

Assessment Methods

You will be required to create portfolio of evidence.  This evidence needs to demonstrate your achievement of all the learning outcomes.

Accreditation & Certification

Once you have completed the course you will achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
