How do you get into the Beauty Industry, I hear you ask?

First of all, you need to have the qualifications to be able to gain insurance and offer your services on paying customers. There are many training providers that offer courses where you don’t need any experience or any qualifications to start the course. This great for those people who left school with little or no qualifications for whatever reason. Do some research into different training providers and look for reviews.

Next, you need to join a course, preferably where there is theory input and also practical work that gives you more confidence in offering your treatments. This will allow you to ask any questions you have and for your tutor to guide you in the right direction.

Once you have completed the course and have your qualification, it’s time to gain insurance and start promoting your services. For some people, this may be a slow burner but persevere and you will get there in the end!
