Boosting your self esteem is key to living your best life! We all have it! Do you believe you have high or low self-esteem? What barriers does low self-esteem put up for you? How can you build you self-esteem? Does it affect your confidence levels to go out and get what you deserve in life?
Self-Esteem or Self-Worth essentially refers to how you feel about yourself. It is your perception of how worthy and likeable you are. If you have high self-esteem you feel positively about yourself therefore believing that you are a deserving and good person. You like yourself. On the other hand, for those with a low self-esteem the picture is somewhat different.
During this course we will work through your self-concept and how it is impacting on your ability to live your best life. Boosting your self esteem is simple because it is not a reality. It is more a self-evaluation at any given time.
We will give you a safe space to learn about yourself, in a supportive environment, without judgement. You can work through any issues affecting your self-esteem. Just remember, having a different perspective can make all the difference.
This course is held in small groups to ensure you are comfortable and can be offered on a 1:1 basis if you prefer.
