One thing is for sure, change is inevitable but the fear that accompanies it can be disabling. We all get ‘scared’ when new situations arise which we are unsure of. How we deal with them is what makes the difference.
If change is inevitable, why do we fear it so much? Is it loss of control? Confusion? It could be that we don’t even know the reason.
This session will look at the impact it can have on our ability to achieve goals and fulfil our potential. We look at the role of the comfort zone in learning and where our perceptions of a new situation might be holding us back from achieving your full potential.
